Sorry! I don’t speak Tagalog!

My research assistant Dianne LOVES to make fun of people! She also loves mimicking different accents. She enjoys making fun of me, which makes her extremely endearing to me. Here we are sharing a story about trike drivers and apologizing for not speaking Tagalog! Silly and probably funnier if you were there… but still, a memory is a memory.

The place we are referring to, “Papa Johns” is a center for street girls learning trade skills and going through an Alternative Learning System. Their other center is a home for neglected and abandoned children. We are NOT talking about the pizza place (although I am looking forward to some Papa John’s pizza when I get back! )
